At first, I wasn't sure the item was going to arrive on time, but it actually ended up arriving three days early! What a very pleasant surprise. The item was created exactly to my specifications. It was easy to explain exactly what I wanted right down to the heart on one of the maps.
Excellent! It was a beautiful and well done collage of our homes over 40 years. The vintage maps were a nice touch. The customer service was superb. There was constant feedback during the design process to ensure it was just right. Highly recommend this store
Turned out beautiful! Great gift idea.
This is a beautiful addition for our camp to remind us where we have lived. It is the perfect reflection of our style and will be treasured wherever we roam.
Absolutely love our print, seller communicated throughout entire process, provided options and made the whole process easy. Shipping was super fast. Frame is sturdy, beautiful item. Made the perfect gift.
I thought this would be a super thoughtful gift to my husband on our 40th Anniversary. And boy it was! It brought back wonderful memories of our life together and allowed us to reminisce about our life journey! It was well made and nicely finished.
Beautiful anniversary gift for my husband
Unique, beautiful and thoughtful gift. Thanks for everything.
Gave this to my husband for our anniversary! It’s beautiful and I’m very happy to hang this in my home.
This was a great gift for a couple celebrating their 1st anniversary! They absolutely loved it!! The design and the maps used were excellent and the artwork was printed on really good quality paper. Delivery was exceptionally quick, and arrived with plenty of time to have the piece custom framed before their anniversary. Thank you so very much Peter!
The customer service was unmatched! I will absolutely purchase from this shop again! My item came exactly as I requested.
This seller was incredibly patient and kind with my many requests! The end result is absolutely phenomenal and I could not be happier or more excited to give this to my husband for out 10th anniversary. I opted to have a digital print provided and sized to my designed size. I then took the image and had it printed on aluminum since that is the traditional 10 year gift. There are 13 mountains representing the day we met through our last vacation in Costa Rica! I'm giddy and thrilled. It's absolutely stunning and I can't wait to hang out in my house! The seller was extremely kind, thoughtful, and quick! I was so impressed! Definitely a high recommendation from me!
This Etsy seller was great!!! Awesome communication. Gift arrived early! A+++
Great communication and service thru the whole process.
My picture turned out fantastic! They were very patient with me, made a few corrections, and sent me proofs of what they had done each time a correction was made. My husband was very surprised at his anniversary gift of 49 years!
Quick, helpful and detail oriented. Worked with me on sizing and design!
Very good communication. Arrived very quickly. This will be a beautiful wedding gift.
Seller communicated well, with offering a preview of the product prior to shipping, giving the buyer to check for typo’s and approval of layout. This seller was great to work with, offering beautiful item.
Peter worked with me on resolving an oversight and was so professional and communicative about it. We are very happy with the end product.
My siblings and I had this made for my father for Father’s Day. He apparently cried! He loved it so much! We live so far apart from my dad and it’s really hard on all of us. This special gift gave him so much happiness! Great and attentive customer service. Highly recommend the seller!
It was perfect! I highly recommend.
Unique client gift that made an incredible impression. Will purchase again!
The experience was very good - straight forward and easy to do. I did change my mind about size and Peter worked quickly to change the size. Package was received well wrapped and no damages. We are very happy with the end results. Sharon and Al Hedstrom - Caribou, ME.
very happy with the quality of the item. the response time to inquiries was excellent. the shipping method was the only thing disappointing about the order. a faster more reliable mode of shipping would have eliminated many days and nights of worrying if this would arrive in time
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this art print. The maps highlight all the places my husband and I have lived throughout our marriage. The finished piece exceeded every expectation I had. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional, but what made it truly priceless was the emotional impact. As we looked at each location together, it brought back decades of memories—our first home, the places where we raised our family, and all the chapters of our life journey. My husband was so touched that he became emotional. This isn’t just a piece of wall art; it is a beautiful visual story of 42 years of love, commitment, adventure, and shared memories. It is now one of our most treasured possessions. If you're looking for a meaningful gift that comes straight from the heart, I wholeheartedly recommend this. It is a gift that will be cherished for years to come. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect.
I ordered this for my husband's 70th birthday. And he absolutely loved it! Peter at Custom Family Gifts went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. This is a perfect gift for a milestone birthday.
It was amazing they loved it!
They were very helpful in designing what I wanted and in communicating about timeframe, etc. since it was a gift I didn’t need it a little earlier and they helped out with that as well. My husband absolutely loves it. It’s a great decoration that reminds us of our 35 years of marriage.
Seller accommodated request and offered revision to design before printing. Highly recommend.
The mountain ‘life’ timeline for my son’s 40th birthday was meticulously crafted and thoughtfully detailed to my requests. It was the perfect present and a perfect masculine keepsake. I absolutely 10+/10 recommend!!
Seller was very responsive and efficient. Wife loved the concept and execution. Big thank you to Peter and Pepper!
Bought this as a gift for my in-laws new home. The seller was great to work with and provided several variations of proofs to get exactly what I had in mind. It came out amazing, arrived quickly, and my in-laws absolutely love it.
Beautiful anniversary gift for my husband - the team was super responsive and easy ti work with, they provided two proofs within 24 hours of my order and then made the requested adjustments very quickly. Highly recommend!
Seller was very easy to work with. My parents loved the gift!!
This was a gift to my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary. She loves it!!
Very responsive to all edits. Beautiful retirement gift
12 stars! This was a fantastic gift for my parents’ 40th. The seller was great with helping with the placement, wording, and even adjusted the template slightly to make it more meaningful. The most impressive was finding a map that listed their tiny hometown population 317! The canvas and frame were quality and I didn’t have to fuss with centering it for my perfectionist father.
I really can't vouch for quality, because I had it shipped directly to my son. He did send me a picture of it and it looks just like the preview they sent me., so I'm happy with the purchase. I would definitely order from them again.
Thank you! This turned out beautifully
My husband was so excited to see that I tagged every place we’ve lived in together. Beautiful memories for both of us
