Custom Family Gifts LLC, 2041 East St STE 1110, Concord, CA 94520. We design and sell personalized print products through our website (customfamilygifts.com) and through marketplaces including Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify.

Contact and shipping details: name, shipping/billing address, email address, phone number.
Order and personalization details: the product, options, and the custom content you supply (text, place names, dates, uploaded images) used to produce your item.

Information from third parties:

When you order through a marketplace (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify), that marketplace provides us the order and fulfillment information needed to make and ship your product.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by the marketplace or by our payment processor; we receive only the payment type or status.

Produce, personalize, and fulfill your order.

We use marketplace-sourced data (for example, Amazon or Etsy) only to fulfill and support the associated order, consistent with each marketplace's policies.

Marketplace order data is retained per that marketplace's rules (for example, Amazon order information is deleted within 30 days of fulfillment except where we must keep limited records for tax or legal reasons).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may exercise rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither). EEA and UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR) have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any right, email admin@customfamilygifts.com; we will verify and respond within the time required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

8. Children's privacy

Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and process data in the U.S. If you contact or order from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards where required.
