How long will it take to get my order?
There are three stages after you order. Let's break it down for you!
Phase 1: Personalized Artwork Creation
It takes us 3-5 business days to create your personalized artwork.
If you upgraded your order to faster processing, then we will get you the artwork in 1-2 business days.
Phase 2: Product Printing
After that, your order gets sent to our printer and it takes an average of 2-5 business days to be created. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Phase 3: Shipping
Then, shipping itself can vary depending on your location and the shipping service you selected when you ordered:
- Overnight: next day delivery in the US
- Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
- Standard: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
