After placing your order, it takes between 5-14 days for you to receive your order. Depending on when we get your artwork approved, the type of product you requested, and your shipping location.
Between expedited shipping and priority handling options, we can shave between 1-5 days off the time-to-delivery.
There are three stages after ordering. Let's break it down for you!
Phase 1: Personalized Artwork Creation 👨🎨
It takes us 2-4 business days to create your personalized artwork. Let us know when you need your order by and we can help make it happen.
If you upgraded your order to priority handling, then we skip the queue and you'll have your artwork in 1-2 business days.
Phase 2: Product Printing & Framing 🖼️
After getting your approval, your order gets sent to our printer and it takes an average of 2-5 business days to be created. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Phase 3: Shipping 🚛
Then, shipping itself can vary depending on your location and the shipping service you selected when you ordered:
Send a digital gift card to your favorite people!
We will deliver the gift card to your email as a code.
The amount can be applied toward any item in our shop including shipping costs and add-ons.
After your order, we will send your unique code via the email you used to purchase.
After which, you can save the gift card as a PDF for your reference or you can forward it to the recipient of your choice.
Gift card remainders will carry over on the same code. To know your balance, please send us an email. You can request a refund on any remaining balances up to 6 month after purchase.
The email you will receive will include a link to your gift card where you can copy your unique code.
